Every Monday at 7:30 PM Eastern / 4:30 PM Pacific, Barbara opens a gentle, nurturing online space where hearts can gather, connect, and be uplifted. This free, half-hour gathering is confidential, unrecorded, and lovingly held as a sacred container for inspiration, reflection, and true connection.
Each week you’ll be guided with soul-soothing practices—like centering mediation, toning, breathwork, gentle movement which calms the mind and awakens the body. At times, Barbara offers thoughtful questions which spark insights and conversation.
This community is a place to exchange wisdom, share encouragement, and expand collective joy, curiosity, and appreciation. Topics shift weekly, and while participation is free, registration ensures you receive the Zoom link.
